With acknowledgement and deep gratitude to my bestie Scott Sherman for the photography of the jaguar in the wild.

As I listen, I really wanted to write down DB’s profoundly well composed sentence or two. “Shadows will stalk us from behind until we learn how to put them before us so that we can have them in deeper conversations of feelings and thoughts that emerges from places unseen, like our dreams, from our hopes, from our memories. We are talking about deeper truth of ourselves, about individual and collective experiences.” I think we are talking about what yoga is.

Especially grateful for this on our weekend off. Thanks, DB! I really liked how you linked shadow with myth. Our shadows only become facts if we choose to act upon them, think "Kurtz" or "Ahab" for extreme examples. There is no need to act but there is to acknowledge. "You must fall in love with all of you or the parts you ignore and deny will become hostile toward you." It seems as though these words come from you from previous sessions. Bravo!
